Lieferung und Versand

The current delivery time is between 5-7 working days.

We work with the shipping service provider DHL, who will bring your order to your home.

From a shopping basket value of CHF 60.00, delivery in Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free of charge. Below that, we charge a flat-rate contribution of CHF 15.00.

We currently only deliver to Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and Austria.

Bestellung

If you wish to return items, you can send them back to our head office.

You do not need to create a customer account to order from our online shop. You only need to tick the box in the order process to order as a guest.
A customer account offers advantages if you want to order more often or return goods.

If you order via our online shop, you have a right of exchange of 10 days. If you would like to exchange an item, it is best to contact our customer service at shop@myeskimo.ch or call us on +41 52 396 20 20. We will help you to get a new product as quickly as possible

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation within a few seconds. Please also check your SPAM folder to see if you have received an order confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation email, something may have gone wrong. Unfortunately, you cannot add products to your order later. Please simply order a second time if you have forgotten something in your first order.

Unfortunately, it may happen that the item you want is not currently available. You can send us an e-mail at shop@myeskimo.ch. We will then inform you immediately when the desired item is available again. Your e-mail address will only be used for this purpose.

There are two areas in our online shop where the voucher code can be redeemed.
In the shopping cart under the item "Edit shopping cart" you can check the box "I have a voucher" and enter your voucher code there. Please note that you must confirm your entry by clicking on the arrow on the right edge of the field in order for the voucher code to be redeemed.
In the order process, after entering your data under the 3rd point "Check and order", you can enter the discount code directly in the field under "Further options". Produkte

The majority of our blankets are fully produced in Italy and Lithuania. We produce our blankets and pillows in a socially responsible, sustainable way and according to the strictest quality standards - Made in Europe.
We source the woven fur blankets from Asia. Here too, we follow the strictest quality standards, which must be adhered to by our suppliers (e.g. Oeko-Tex).
