Ordering

How long does delivery take?

The current delivery time is between 5-7 working days.

How are the products shipped?
We work with the delivery service provider DHL, who will deliver your order to your home address.
How much does delivery cost?
Orders of CHF 100.00 or more are delivered free of charge in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. A delivery charge of CHF 15.00 applies to orders below this.
Which countries does Eskimo Switzerland (myeskimo.ch) deliver to?
We currently only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Ordering

Do I have to register with Eskimo before I can place an order?
You do not have to set up a customer account to place an order in our online shop. During the ordering process, you can simply tick a box to check out as a guest. There are advantages to having a customer account, however, if you would like to place more than one order or want to return items.
What should I do if I don’t like the products which are delivered to me?
If you want to return items, you can send them back to our headquarters.
How do I exchange a product?
If you order in our online store, you have the right to exchange your purchase within ten days. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team by emailing shop@myeskimo.ch or phoning +41 (0)52 396 2020. We will send a new product to you as quickly as possible. Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation within a few seconds of placing an order. Please check you spam folder to see whether the order confirmation is in there. If you have not received a confirmation email, something might have gone wrong. Please contact us by emailing shop@myeskimo.ch or phoning +41(0)52 396 2020 so that we can check whether we have received your order.
How do I cancel my order?

Can I add products to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you cannot add products to your order once it has been placed. Please place a second order if you have forgotten something.
Will it be possible to order out-of-stock items at a later date?
Unfortunately, sometimes the product you want may be out of stock. However, if you email shop@myeskimo.ch, we will let you know as soon as the item you want is back in stock. Your email address will only be used for this purpose.

Payment

What payment methods does Eskimo accept?
We accept the following payment methods in our online store: Advance payment, PayPal and credit card.
How do I redeem a voucher or promotional code?
There are two ways to apply a voucher code in our online store. In your shopping basket, under ‘Edit shopping basket’, you can tick the box ‘I have a voucher’ and enter the code there. Please note that you have to confirm your code by clicking on the arrow to the right of the box for the discount to be applied. Alternatively, after inputting your data as part of the ordering process, you can enter the discount code directly under ‘Other options’ in the third step, ‘Check and order’. Please note that you have to confirm your code by clicking on the arrow to the right of the box for the promotional discount to be applied.

Products

Where are Eskimo blankets made?
The majority of our blankets are made entirely in Italy and Lithuania. Our blankets and cushions are made in Europe using socially ethical, sustainable practices and the strictest quality standards. We source our faux fur blankets from Asia. Here too, our suppliers have to comply with the strictest quality standards (e.g. OEKO-TEX®).
