You do not have to set up a customer account to place an order in our online shop. During the ordering process, you can simply tick a box to check out as a guest. There are advantages to having a customer account, however, if you would like to place more than one order or want to return items.
If you order in our online store, you have the right to exchange your purchase within ten days. There are two ways to apply a voucher code in our online store. In your shopping basket, under ‘Edit shopping basket’, you can tick the box ‘I have a voucher’ and enter the code there. Please note that you have to confirm your code by clicking on the arrow to the right of the box for the discount to be applied. Alternatively, after inputting your data as part of the ordering process, you can enter the discount code directly under ‘Other options’ in the third step, ‘Check and order’. The majority of our blankets are made entirely in Italy and Lithuania. Our blankets and cushions are made in Europe using socially ethical, sustainable practices and the strictest quality standards.
We source our faux fur blankets from Asia. Here too, our suppliers have to comply with the strictest quality standards (e.g. OEKO-TEX®).
